We begin our custom design process by learning about your company. Understanding your story
helps us best represent your brand through design. We work with you throughout the design
process to help give you the design you want, from creating the look or phrase that tells your
brand’s story to getting your approval for the completed design.
EMBROIDERY DESIGNS TO
REPRESENT YOUR BRAND
We offer great-looking embroidery that perfectly represents your brand. Embroidery is durable yet flexible so that it can move with the body.
If you select our embroidery option, you’ll have access to 35 of our in-house colors. For a $25 fee for each custom order, you can select a color from a vast catalog.
PUFF/3D EMBROIDERY
FOR HATS
If you want particularly eye-catching hat embroidery, we offer puff/3D embroidery for a “raised” appearance.
Please note: puff/3D embroidery is an additional $0.75
for each hat. This style has design restrictions; it cannot
be in large blocks of color or small text.
SCREEN PRINTING SOLUTIONS:
VIBRANT AND LASTING IMPRESSIONS
Screen printing involves pressing ink to put a stenciled design on a flat surface and is capable of
making vibrant colors that help designs stand out. It is less expensive than embroidery but still
high quality and offers a clean and uniform look. We can screen print on a range of materials with
up to ten colors. If your design has more than ten colors, we can work with you to modify it to fit
the criteria.

If you don’t currently have a custom design, we’ll work with you to create one that represents your organization by helping to tell its story. We can take your ideas and build upon them to create a design that matches your vision. This collaboration lasts the entire design process. Before we print the design, you approve it so you know what you are getting.
RIZN Ink offers the following services:
Embroidery
Embroidery adds durable and flexible designs to apparel. We also offer puff/3D embroidery to help hats stand out with a “raised” look.
Screen Printing
We can screen print on T-shirts, hoodies, tanks, long sleeves, and jackets. Screen printing enables vibrant colors to be displayed on apparel.
Live Screen Printing
We offer live screen printing on custom T-shirts, hoodies, and more. Live screen printing enables us to bring our screen printing service to your event.
Custom Design
We can apply custom designs to the following items: T-shirts, Dri Fit Tees, zip hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, tanks, long sleeves, jackets, shorts, custom-size tag prints, patches, embroidered patch hats, leather patch hats, PVC rubber patch hats, hem tags, hang tags, barcoding, and bagging.
After invoice approval and payment occur, the standard turnaround time is ten business days. Please let us know if you need your order in under 14 days. The complexity of the design or the order quantity may also play a role in the time the order takes.

Before getting started on a custom order, you’ll want to gather any ideas you might have on how you want the design to look. These can be in the form of links, screenshots, files, or descriptions you might have.
You’ll want to determine your budget and avoid going over it.
Figure out the number of items you want created. Our minimal order quantities (MOQs) start at 25 items. However, if you require a lower number, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll look into it on a case-by-case basis.
Simple recreations or typed-out fonts cost $1 per minute, while designs made from scratch have a flat $100 fee. The more items ordered, the less they will cost per item. Orders under 25 items are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to different rates.
Embroidery Pricing
To select a non-standard color that is not part of our 35 in-house colors, a $25 fee per custom order allows you to select a color from an enormous catalog. Puff/3D embroidery is an extra 0.75 cents per hat.
