For hats that truly stand out, we offer puff/3D embroidery. This style of embroidery gives hats a “raised” look. Please note that puff/3D embroidery costs an additional $0.75 per hat. The style also has a couple of design restrictions; there cannot be any small text or large blocks of color.

Durability – Embroidered design is durable and long-lasting.
Flexibility – Embroidery is flexible, enabling it to bend with the body.
Does Not Work Well on Every Surface – Due to the nature of embroidery, it does not work well on certain materials.
Some of the materials it does not work well on include the following items:
Non-hat items that are flat
Fabric that is thick and puffy, such as a beanie or blanket
Garments that are ribbed, stretchy, see-through, or thin
Paper (while it is possible to stitch paper, it is normally done by hand, and we cannot currently handle it)
Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
Not Every Design Goes Good with Embroidery – Embroidery is not able to depict certain designs well, such as those with small details. For small details, you may have to go with screen printing.
The following are some designs that do not work well with embroidery:
Small details such as thin line work, intricate shapes, and small line work (thin lines may also cause the stitching to be weak and fall out)
Shape cutouts or text, as these may lead to thin lines
Low opacity, color mixing, or gradients

Once the mockups and quotes have been approved and the order is finalized, the turnaround starts. The normal turnaround time is 10 days. Please contact us if you require your order in under 14 days.
